Kenneth A. Boldt
CLU, ChFC, RICP

Ken is the owner and CEO of Ken Boldt Insurance Agency II, Inc. and works out of the Green, Ohio, Summit County office location. He started the agency forty years ago in 1980 and continues to build the agency with his sons-in-law, all of the key employees and the member insurance agencies that are part of this growing insurance operation of six locations. Between all of the team members, the agency has over 275 years of insurance experience working to serve our clients as trusted advisors for their insurance needs. He has resided in Green, Ohio for the past thirty years. He is married with five children and four grandchildren. Ken’s education includes a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from the University of Akron. He also holds financial designations as a Chartered Financial Consultant ( ChFC ), Chartered Life Underwriter ( CLU ) and a Retirement Income Certified Professional ( RICP), all from the American College of Financial Services in Pennsylvania. Ken’s goal with all of his clients is to bring value as a trusted advisor that brings one on one personalized old school service to each and every client. He has a wealth of knowledge in the area of commercial insurance, risk management, estate planning, wealth transfer, buy sell funding, life insurance, wealth management and investments.

Matthew Mason CIC, CLCS
President

Matt is the President of Ken Boldt Insurance Agency II, Inc. He was born and raised in Akron, Ohio.  He is married with two daughters, and a son. They currently reside in North Canton, Ohio in Stark County. He attended CVCA High School and graduated from University of Akron with a degree in Business-Organization Communications with a minor in Psychology.  Matt specializes in both Business and personal lines insurance.  He has obtained a Certified Insurance Counselor [CIC] and Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist [CLCS] designation. Only 1% of all  insurance Agents have obtained these qualifications. His goal is to provide his clients with a comprehensive understanding of their insurance risks. Once the risks are defined, he will then provide an efficient, cost-effective insurance package to cover the risk compared through multiple insurance carriers.

Joe Asher

Risk Advisor

Joe resides in Green Ohio with his wife and four children.  Joe holds Ohio insurance licenses for Property Casualty and Life and Health insurance. He has worked within the Ken Boldt Insurance Agency for almost a decade.  Joe specializes in all lines of property & casualty insurance and life insurance. He also currently heads our golf course insurance program where we are the agency of choice for the Ohio Golf Course Owners Association.  Joe’s mission with all of his clients is to become their trusted advisor. He will help you see the risks that you face and cover them in an efficient cost-effective manner, while shopping multiple insurance companies.

Ed Mong

Risk Advisor

Ed obtained his BA in Finance from the University of Akron in 1988. His current licenses include Ohio Property & Casualty, and Ohio Life and Health insurance. Ed resides in Bristolville, Ohio in Trumbull County where he runs his office within the Ken Boldt Insurance Agency. He has two daughters and two grandchildren. Ed has been with our agency for over 25 years, handling commercial and specialty insurance. He has a wealth of knowledge and is strategic to the success of the agency’s commercial operation. Ed’s goal with all of his customers is to be a trusted advisor that looks out for their best interests while providing cost effective solutions offered from multiple insurance carriers.

Elizabeth Eisenbraun

Risk Advisor/Office Manager

Elizabeth joined Ken Boldt Insurance Agency in 2019, and lives locally with her husband Tim. Elizabeth brought with her a wealth of knowledge from the insurance industry, and a strong background in management. Since then, she has become an integral part of our team, playing a vital role in overseeing many aspects of our day-to-day operations.

With a deep understanding of both personal and commercial lines of insurance, Elizabeth is well-versed in the underwriting guidelines of our carrier partners. She's known through the agency as the "go-to" resource for answers, guidance and support - always ready with even the most complex questions.

Her leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence make her a cornerstone of our operations. If you've had the opportunity to work with Elizabeth, you know firsthand the depth of her knowledge and the professionalism she brings to every interaction.

Outside of work, Elizabeth is an avid motorcycle rider. She and her husband share a deep love for the open road and the scenic beauty of Tennessee. One of their favorite adventures is riding through Deals Gap—famously known as The Tail of the Dragon—where 318 curves in 11 miles make for an unforgettable experience.

Jodie Eshleman

Risk Advisor/Operations Manager

Jodie has 28 years of experience in the insurance industry and is licensed in Property & Casualty in the state of Ohio. She has grown into a key leader at Ken Boldt Insurance Agency II Inc., where she serves as both an insurance advisor, and the agency’s Operations Manager.

Specializing in commercial lines while also being highly knowledgeable in personal lines coverage, Jodie is committed to delivering tailored insurance solutions and exceptional service. In the operations role, she develops and refines the processes and procedures that drives the agency’s success. She also leads the onboarding and mentorship of new Agents, helping them build strong foundations, and thrive in their roles.

Outside the office, Jodie enjoys gardening, tackling home projects, and Sunday family dinners with her two daughters, family, and friends.

Michele Felton

Risk Advisor

Michele is a dedicated insurance professional with 15 years of experience, specializing in Personal Auto, Home, and Life Insurance. She is licensed in both Property & Casualty and Life & Health in the state of Ohio.

A proud resident of Canton in Stark County, Michele earned her associate’s degree in business applications from Stark State College of Technology in 1993, followed by a bachelor’s degree in business management from Kent State University, Class of 2004.

At Ken Boldt Insurance, Michele is often the first point of contact. She greets clients and prospects with warmth, professionalism, and a comprehensive knowledge of the products the agency offers. Her goal is to help individuals protect their most valuable assets with confidence and clarity.

Outside of work, Michele enjoys visits with her son and daughter-in-law who live in Colorado and is currently channeling her creativity into restoring her century home.

James Securro & Tara Securro

Jim is a Vice President of Ken Boldt Insurance Agency II, Inc. working with the agency group for the past twenty-five years. He is also owner, with his wife Tara Securro, of Securro Family Insurance Inc., a member of the Ken Boldt Insurance Agency group. Jim and Tara have two daughters and one granddaughter. Jim is licensed for Ohio Property Casualty Life and Health insurance. Jim has been a girls’ softball coach for Green Baseball Softball Association for many years. He enjoys vintage cars and motorcycles. Jim runs the Solon location in Cuyahoga County and the Coventry location in Summit County. He specializes in all forms of property casualty insurance as well as life insurance. His goal with all of his clients is to be a trusted advisor that allows his clients to see the risks they face while providing cost-effective solutions shopped through multiple insurance carriers.

Brandon Starcher

Brandon is an alumni of Coventry High School and grew up in the Akron Summit County area. He currently resides in Green with his wife, daughter, and newborn son. Brandon holds an Ohio Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance license. Brandon is an insurance risk consultant working out of the Securro Family Insurance Inc. office in Solon, Ohio in Cuyahoga County. His goal with all of his clients is to become a trusted advisor that takes the time to understand the insurance risks that his clients have. He will then shop multiple insurance carriers to find the best products to cover those risks at the best pricing.

Brandi has lived in the Akron area all her life and is currently a resident of Green OH. She is married with two children.
